How we work

  • Inclusion at the centre Every programme we build is designed to work for all learners, not just the easiest to reach.
  • Rigour and quality We take quality seriously and hold ourselves to a high standard in everything we do.
  • Genuine partnership We listen before we advise. We work alongside organisations as genuine partners, not consultants who parachute in with ready made answers.
  • Long-term impact We care about change that lasts, not outputs that look good on paper.

The Greaves Education Learning Fund

The Greaves Education Learning Fund gives large employers a way to put their unused Apprenticeship Levy to good use. Rather than letting those funds go unspent, employers can transfer them to support the training and development of smaller organisations that might not otherwise have access to funded skills programmes.
